Overview
In this article, you can find out how to log into the PRISMA Support Portal where you will find our knowledge base and be able to manage your tickets with the Customer Success Team.
Instructions
To log in, do as follows:
1. Go to the PRISMA Support Portal;
2. Click on "Login" on the top-right side of the page:
3. A new page opens: insert your e-mail address and password;
4. Then, click on "Login":
You are now logged into the PRISMA Support Portal!
Note: If you don't remember your password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" functionality.
