The starting price of every long-term auction consists in the regulated tariff determined by the TSO. In bundled products, the regulated tariffs of both TSOs are added to calculate this price.
Operators may have the chance to upload a starting price lower than the regulated tariff; in this case it might be possible to notice a discrepancy between them.
