Normally, it takes our team no more than 30 minutes to process new hardware token requests. It could, however, take up to 12 hours. Once your hardware token is process, you may log into the platform using the fallback SMS authentication method. So, if you don't want to wait for arrival of your hardware token to log into the platform, be sure to provide a fallback mobile number.
How long does it take for my hardware to token to be processed and shipped?
