Overview


On PRISMA, you can add multiple user accounts to your browser. This feature enables you to log in with different accounts at once and easily switch between them. These accounts will remain active for a period of 24 hours without use, if you don't manually log out.


This featured is recommended to individual users who use multiple accounts. It is highly inadvisable to make use of this feature if you share a device with other users.


Instructions


To add another user account to your browser, do as follows:


1. Log into your account and then click on the person icon next to which your current account is stated;


2. Then, click on "Switch Account" on the drop-down menu;



3. Now, read the terms of use and accept them by ticking the box;


4. Click on "Add an existing account;"



5. On the next page, enter the email and password of the account you wish to add;


6. Then click on "Continue;"



7. Now, enter your OTP token number;


8. Finally, click on "Login;"



After you log in with another account, both accounts will be stored in your browser, and you will be able to easily switch between them by clicking on "Switch Account" as described in step 2, and then clicking on "Use" next to the account you wish to use:
