Overview
If you have already added one or more accounts to your browser, you can easily switch between them directly on your PRISMA account. These accounts will remain active for 24 hours without use, unless you log out of them.
This feature is recommended to individual users who use multiple accounts. It is highly inadvisable to make use of this feature if you share a device with other users.
Instructions
To switch between active user accounts, do as follows;
1. While logged in, click on the person icon next to where your current account is stated;
2. Then, click on "Switch Account" on the drop-down menu;
3. From the list of active accounts, find the one you wish to manage and click on "Use;"
After you do so, a pop-up window will appear in every tab logged into the previous account asking you whether you wish to continue using that account or switch to the one you've just chosen.
